Paint Shop Pro by Jasc is the best graphic programs around, no doubt about it:) Don't take my word for it though, try it yourself with a 30 day free trial!But for someone just starting out. PSP can appear overwhelming. You see images on web pages and stationery and wonder how they were made. If you are just starting out in PSP, check out the Basic PSP page :).
