Super Sunday Special |
This weeks tutorial is brought to you courtesy of Carolyn
Ross from CrossPixels. As we concentrated on colorizing images
last week I thought it would be a nice contrast to do
the opposite today.

I decided to offer a background
tutorial this week to you. You can use backgrounds for a variety
of images and web pages as well Outlook Express Stationery as I
did here on this table. Every step you do is an effect within
Paint Shop Pro. Although I have seen other backgrounds that are
nice looking, a lot of them require a variety of plugins. This
does not. I have shown you two more that I have done below. As
always, if you need any help, please email me!

Advanced Tutorial |

Well - i was all excited, as i could finally see part of the lawn
and part of the garden...so on the weekend i made these sunflowers
to remind me that soon there would be some colour in the
yard...today, it is totally white again ;~( However - sunflowers
are always full of hope, so get out your vector tools and virtual
paint brushes and make yourself a garden full of sunshine.
Take your time with this one - all the shading takes is patience
and the retouch tool! These ones took me the better part of the
weekend to finish.
hugs,

Challenge |

Todays Challenge is
Dani's Petlove
tag.

This will be the last Challenge I present to this group as
moderator. When I joined a year ago, I wanted to learn more about
PSP. Very soon I was asked to become Technical moderator and soon
after that Challenge moderator. Since then I have been pretty
busy except for Review weeks maybe. But for some time it started
to itch. I wanted to learn more about PSP myself, so after some
time of thinking, I finally decided it was time to move on. It's
going to be hard to leave as moderator, for I have been having
fun here and also because there's a great group of women working
behind the screens here, who spend a lot of time and dedication
to, what I think, is the best PSP group on Yahoo.
Here's to the Team !

I'm not leaving the group, so I'll be seeing you :)
Hugs, Hannah |

Mask/Frame of the Week |
|
This week, I'm pleased to introduce you to one of EZ's newest
tutorial writers who has given us permission to use her frames. I
think you'll find this frame by Marlie, called "Nature's Beauty"
to be very easy to follow and yet give you a very desirable result
with any graphic you choose to use. Karel |
