This is very simple knickknack shelf
you can make to put a variety of country tubes, dishes, cups and
saucers - well you name it! I simply put a couple of decorative
jars on mine for your sample image, but I think you get the idea.

This tutorial is very special to me, since it will be the last
one I will be presenting to this wonderful group!
Yes, I have turned in my resignation in order to pursue some
other ventures. But, I have so enjoyed being a moderator of
PSPmadeEZ! It has been fantastic watching your creativity grow,
and I am so proud to have been a small part of it!!!! I am
remaining as a member...so you're really not rid of me yet...lol You
will, however, be left in very good hands!!!
Now lets get on with it before I start to cry...lol

This tutorial uses Eyecandy 3 - Eyecandy 4000 users will find the
settings a little different - I played around until I was happy,
using the setting 'slightly bent' in place of 'ragged edges' and
'subtle bubbles' in place of 'tiny bubbles' Another tip: in
Animation Shop, go to file>preferences>general program
preferences>layered files, make sure that export frames to PSP as
layered images, merge layers into single frames and preserve
overall layer transparency are all checked.

I'm really excited about bringing this framing tutorial to you.
The frame was designed by Peggy (Riverdancer Designs), and I think
it's one of the most unique, interesting and classy frames I've
seen. I also think you're really going to enjoy the techniques
involved in creating it. It's a bit of a challenge and involves
selections, but it's so well written, I know
you won't have any problems with it.
We'll be anxiously looking forward to your results. I know
they'll be fantastic!! Go have some fun!!
