With Valentine's Day
only 9 days away, I thought this wreath would be fun for you to
do. You will be happy to know that there are no vectors to use
and the tutorial has everything you need at the ready. There are
no outside filters and my suggestion is to save your wreath as a
tube or psp file then make a tag or something out of it. I had a
small tube that I placed in the middle and then just made a
Valentine tag out of it. I am looking forward to seeing your
creations!

follow the directions as you go LOL

We're going to create a small animated golden
hummingbird tag by applying gold to a stencil tag with the
sculpture effect in PSP.
This tutorial will teach you how to do that and also use the
deformation tool to create the moving wings effect.
I hope you'll have fun with this golden birdie!
