This week's COW uses Blade Pro and Simple Filters. Since Blade Pro is a pay filter, Gail also explains how to do this frame without the filter. Gail did an outstanding job on this tutorial, and while it is written for PSP6, I think PSP7 users will find it easy to adapt. Connie
