First of all I would like to thank my

download, download following filter if needed.)

The folowing files all in this Zip, BirthdayLetter.psp, Letters.tub, Party , ToYouLetters.psp

and the Elephants.tub
Open new image 400 x 500 transparent.
In the Styles palette select Gradient fill and choose the Autumn gradient with the following settings.
Linear gradient
Angle = 270
Repeats = 1
Invert gradient checked.
Floodfill the image with Autumn gradient, now go to
Effects/Plug-in effects/Two Moons/Rotoblades with the following settings
Bade Reduction = 53
Red addition = 86
Green addition = 222
Blue addition = 100
If your are using VM Tools use these settings please. Go to Radial Mosaic. Use the following settings.
Angle 54
Radius 0
Adjust 128
New Raster layer, Open the partyelephant.tub image, resize the tub to 75%, edit/copy and edit/paste as new layer.
Save.
Add a drop shadow with these settings,
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Vertical and Horizontal 2
repeat drop shadow same Opacity and Blur change the Vertical and
Horizontal to -2
Change your background color to white and add a border of 10
click with magic wand so you have marching ants around the border
Then go to Effects>Textured Effects> Sculpture
At these sittings
Pattern GOLD
Size 100%
Smoothness 0
Depth 20
Ambience 0
Shininess 0
Color WHITE
Angle 315
Intensity 50
Elevation 30
Do not Deselect go to Selections and click on float
then go to Effects> 3D > Cutout and apply at these settings
Shadow color checked BLACK
Vertical 5
Horizontal 5
Opacity 50
Blur 5
and fill color unchecked
Open the birthdayletters.psp and edit/copy and edit/paste as new layer. Move it to the top of your image. Go to layers/arrange/move down.
Open the ToYouLetters.psp edit/copy and edit/paste as new layer.
***Handy Note***If you don't want to use the "to you letters" you can create a new image the size you think you will need. Open the letters.tub. Take your selection tool set to rectangle and draw a rectangle around the letter you want and then edit/paste as new layer. Continue to do this till you have want you want to say. If you find you've run out of space go to image/canvass size and resize your
canvas. After you get them arranged the way you want them, merge the letters
visible and save as a .psp file or tub. Then edit/copy and edit/paste to the bottom of your birthday image and resize if necessary by using your deformation tool or by going to image/resize and resizing by a percentage.***
Save
Go to Image/Add Borders 30, doesnt matter what color it is as we are going to use the
Pattern Filter that comes with PSP. Highlight border with magic wand, go to
Effects/Reflection Effects/Pattern use settings as below.
Go to Effects/CutOut use these settings,
Vertical 2,
Horizontal 2,
Opacity 32,
Blur 7.6
Color Black,
Fill interior color Unchecked.
repeat with horizontal and vertical on -2.
Selections/Invert repeat cut out steps. Selections/Invert, Effects/Inner Bevel use settigs as below.
Save
