tutorial
you
will
need
these
things.

Sparkle
Filter
you
can
get
this

This
Mask

Open
up
the
zip
file
and
save
it
in
your
PSP
mask
file.
This
tube
you
can
download
here

Open
this
tube
in
your
PSP
program
then
export
it
as
a
tube.
This
Pattern

Right
click
and
save
it
to
your
hard
drive
then
open
it
in
PSP
and
minimize
it
on
your
desktop.
This
Image

Right
click
and
save
it
to
your
hard
drive.
Then
open
on
your
PSP
desktop.
Okay
let's
get
started.
First
Duplicate
the
snowman
image.
Always
work
on
a
duplicate
:).
Now
go
to
Layers/Promote
to
Layer
Now
go
to
Effects/Geometric/Circle.
This
makes
a
nice
circle
to
start
with.
Okay
your
globe
should
be
looking
like
this
now:

Now
go
to
Effects/Sharpen/Unsharp
mask
with
these
settings:
Radius
1
Strength
75
Clipping
1
Now
let's
make
it
so
it's
not
so
pinched
looking.
Go
to
Selections/Select
All.
now
with
the
Magic
wand
with
tolerance
set
to
0
Feathering
set
to
0
sample
merged
unchecked.
Now
select
the
blank
(checkered)
area
of
the
image
and
that
will
automatically
select
your
globe.
Now
go
to
Selections/Modify/Contract
and
enter
10
in
the
box.
Now
go
to
Selections/Invert
and
then
go
to
Edit
Clear.
You
now
have
a
nice
round
globe
to
work
with...

Now
go
to
Selections/Save
to
Alpha
Channel.
Click
Ok
from
this
image.
Then
name
it
globe
selection.
Press
Okay.
Deselect.
Open
up
your
layer
palette
and
rename
this
layer
"image".
Add
a
New
Raster
Layer
named
glass.
Select
your
Picture
tube
and
set
it
with
the
glass
globe
that
your
downloaded
earlier
use
the
settings
at
100%
step
200.
Now
click
and
place
your
globe
over
the
picture.
Use
the
mover
tool
to
get
it
somewhat
centered
over
the
picture.
Select
the
deformation
tool.
Drag
the
edges
of
the
glass
globe
beyond
the
edges
of
the
image
like
this:

Double
click
on
the
checkered
area
to
apply
the
deformation.
Now
go
to
Selections/Load
from
Alpha
Channel.
Now
go
to
Selections/Invert
and
then
Edit/Clear.
Deselect.
Now
open
your
layer
palette
and
turn
the
opacity
on
layer
2
down
to
75
or
so
whatever
you
like.
Now
we
need
to
make
room
for
a
base
so
go
to
Image/Canvas
size
and
use
these
settings.

Leave
the
width
alone
and
add
180
pixels
to
the
bottom
of
the
screen.
Add
a
new
Raster
Layer
name
it
base.
Select
your
preset
shapes
tool
set
to
rounded
rectangle.
Antialias
checked
Retain
style
unchecked.
Line
width
doesn't
matter.
Set
your
foreground
to
null
and
your
background
to
white
(#FFFFFF).

Draw
a
rectangle
on
the
lower
part
of
your
canvas
like
this:

Select
your
selection
tool
set
to
ellipse.
Antialias
checked
and
feathering
set
to
0.
Draw
an
ellipse
at
where
your
globe
is
going
to
sit
into
your
stand.
You
can
lower
the
opacity
of
the
rectangle
layer
to
see
where
it
is.
When
you
are
happy
with
the
selection
press
the
delete
key.
Draw
another
ellipse
selection
around
your
rectangle.
Go
to
Selections/Invert
and
then
with
your
eraser
tool
(size
15
hardness
100
Opacity
100
step
15
Density
100)
Erase
the
lower
part
of
your
rectangle.

Deselect.
Now
use
your
mover
tool
and
move
the
base
to
the
bottom
of
your
globe.
Now
go
to
Selections/Select
All.
Now
Selections/Float.
Then
go
to
Effects/Textures/Blinds.
Use
these
settings:

With
your
image
still
selected
go
to
Effects/Texture/Sculpture
Select
the
Gold
default
setting
and
change
the
settings
to
this.

To
make
the
base
to
appear
round
go
to
Effects/3D
Effects/Inner
Bevel
and
use
these
settings.

Now
Add
a
New
Raster
Layer
named
"background"
and
then
go
to
Layers/Arrange/Send
to
Bottom.
Grab
your
flood
fill
tool
with
these
settings.

Set
your
background
to
null
and
set
your
foreground
to
"Pattern".

Now
remember
that
pattern
you
downloaded
at
the
beginning
and
minimized
on
your
desktop
???
Well
in
the
menu
box
find
that
pattern
(it
will
be
at
the
top)
and
then
flood
fill
your
background
with
that
pattern.
Now
add
a
new
layer
and
name
it
snow.
Turn
off
your
"glass
Layer.
Arrange
your
layer
so
that
"snow"
is
between
the
image
layer
and
the
glass
layer.
Now
go
to
Selections/Load
from
alpha
channel
and
select
your
globe
selection
again.
Grab
your
flood
fill
tool with
these
settings:
Now
flood
fill
the
selection
with
white
(#FFFFFF).
Now
go
to
Masks/Load
from
Disk/
and
select
the
snowmask.msk.
Go
to
Masks/Delete
and
when
it
asks
you
if
you
want
it
merged
with
the
current
layer
say
yes.
Now
press
Shift
D
2
times.
This
will
duplicate
your
image
with
all
it's
layer
2
times
so
that
you
will
have
3
different
images.
Now
make
one
of
your
images
active.
Open
up
your
layer
palette
and
make
the
"image"
layer
active.
Go
to
Effects/
VM
Natural/Sparkle.
You
can
apply
this
once
or
20
times
depending
on
how
many
sparkles
you
like
.
Make
your
glass
layer
visible
again
(click
on
the
glasses)
and
Save
this
image
in
PSP
format
in
a
place
where
you
save
your
work
and
name
it
globeframe1.psp.
Now
activate
another
image
and
again
make
sure
the
Image
layer
is
the
active
layer
go
to
Effects/VM
Natural/Sparkle.
and
apply
this
again.
But
this
time
adjust
the
boxes
where
I
have
the
arrows
pointing
so
that
the
sparkles
move
to
another
position
and
are
different
sizes.

When
you
are
happy
with
the
sparkles
on
this
image
save
it
as
globeframe2.psp.
Do
this
again
to
the
last
image
and
save
it
as
globeframe3.psp.
Now
open
your
Animation
shop.
Click
on
Animation
Wizard.

Okay
select
Same
size
as
First
Image
then
press
next.
Select
Transparent
and
then
press
next.
Select
Centered
in
Frame
Select
With
the
Canvas
color
Scale
frames
to
fit
unchecked
and
then
press
next.
Press
Yes
repeat
the
animation
indefinitely
and
then
set
the
number
to
35.
Press
next.
Press
Add
Image
and
then
browse
to
your
folder
where
you
saved
your
images.
Select
all
three
by
holding
your
ctrl
key
and
selecting
each
one.
Arrange
them
by
using
the
move
up
and
move
down
buttons
in
order
1,2,3.

Press
Next
and
then
press
finish.
Now
select
the
magnifying
tool
and
put
it
over
the
animation
frame
pres
your
right
mouse
button
once
so
you
can
get
all
the
frames
in
the
screen.
Select
your
crop
tool
and
drag
it
around
the
animation
to
cut
out
some
of
the
background
like
this.

Now
go
to
where
you
see
the
button
"crop"
and
press
it.
Now
go
to
View/Animation
and
watch
it
go.
Click
Save
and
name
it
Snowmanglobe
it
will
take
you
through
the
animation
.gif
wizard
saver
thingy.
Set
it
how
you
like
it.
I
usually
use
the
second
notch
to
the
top
for
the
image
quality
so
that
it's
not
so
big
but
play
with
it
and
see
what
you
like!
